The scope of the public procurement under Separate lot 1 includes activities for the delivery of equipment described by type, quantity, and with minimum technical specifications according to the tables from Section I "Minimum requirements for performance under Separate lot No. 1" from the Technical Specification. The types of equipment to be delivered are: audio controller, audio recorders, wireless lapel microphones, studio microphones, headphones, headphone amplifiers, active loudspeakers, portable active column, wall-mounted displays with the following sizes – 146", 98" and 55”, microphone system set, loudspeakers, audio/video mixer, controlled cameras, audio/video systems with tracking cameras for video conferencing with built-in microphones and speakers, table-mounted microphones, mobile discussion system. The contractor must deliver equipment with parameters described in its technical proposal, in accordance with the technical specifications of the contracting authority. The contractor under the contract must also provide warranty support for the delivered equipment for a period proposed by it in its technical proposal and not shorter than specified by the contracting authority for each type of equipment according to the tables from Section I "Minimum requirements for performance under Separate lot No. 1" from the Technical Specification. The scope of the public procurement under this separate lot also includes activities for assembly, installation, configuration, and training for the operation of some of the equipment delivered under the contract. All interface and network cables must be uniquely labeled at both ends. Within 1 (one) working day after the cabling is done, the contractor must prepare and provide the contractor with documentation of the cable system built by them.
