The general objective of the contract "Integrated Road Inspection Systems for Effective Traffic Monitoring, Traffic Safety Inspection, and Weighing of Vehicles Intended for Freight Transport" is in accordance with the provisions of the specifications and relevant legislation.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 160 paragraph (1) of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers.

According to the provisions of Article 160 paragraph (2) of Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, the Contracting Authority establishes a single deadline in which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information as follows: 11 days before the deadline for submission of offers. The response time for clarifications has been set so that economic operators have an adequate period to analyze the award documentation and subsequently prepare offers in light of the answers provided by the Contracting Authority.

The object of the contract is "Integrated Road Inspection Systems for Effective Traffic Monitoring, Traffic Safety Inspection, and Weighing of Vehicles Intended for Freight Transport," in accordance with the provisions of the Specifications and relevant legislation. The products consist of a number of 50 local systems and one central system.

Attached to the Award Documentation, all necessary documents for preparing the offer can be found.

Under Article 221 of Law no. 98/2016 and in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 19 of the Supply Contract, any changes that may occur during the execution period of the contract refer to, but are not limited to, the following: changes of the contracting parties; duration of the contract; delivery time of the products; payment methods and recovery of receivables from the Supplier; verification and acceptance; subcontractors.

Any modification of the public procurement contract during its validity period other than in the cases and conditions provided for in Article 221 of Law no. 98/2016 with its amendments and completions shall be carried out by organizing a new award procedure, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 98/2016 with its amendments and completions. Changes will be made after the signing of the contract, in accordance with the contractual provisions, only to the extent that they do not represent significant changes in the sense of the provisions of Article 221 paragraph (7) of Law no. 98/2016.
