The contract involves providing Occupational Health Services and associated services for the contracting authority. The estimated contract value amounts to €175,000 per year excluding VAT. For an initial contract duration of three (3) years, the estimated value of the contract is €525,000 excluding VAT.

The agreement can be extended by the Contractor a maximum of two (2) times for a period of two (2) years. Including these extension options, the maximum total contract value is €1,225,000 excluding VAT.
