Delivery of an Integrated Medical Information System (hardware and software component) within the project 'DIGITAL HORIZON: Increasing the level of digitization at the Emergency Clinical Hospital for Children 'Louis Țurcanu' Timișoara', according to the requirements of the specifications.
A. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160 paragraph (1) of Law no. 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the awarding documentation is a maximum of 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
B. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160 paragraph (2) of Law no. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day prior to the deadline set for the submission of offers. Any request for clarification sent after the date mentioned in point A will prevent the contracting authority from providing a response within the time mentioned in point B, and consequently, any request for clarification outside the mentioned deadlines will be considered LATE.
