The object of the procurement is to carry out the works: Expansion of the implementation of smart distribution in the licensing area of the distribution operator DELGAZ GRID S.A. by increasing the degree of implementation of smart electricity metering systems and the number of consumption points where smart electricity meters will be installed, component of Meter Removal at the property boundary, execution of works, provision of services, and supply of products, consisting of:

Requirements regarding the provision of services: Requested design services - preparation of technical documentation phase PTh+CS +DDE

Requirements for the execution of works: The contractor will execute the works in accordance with the provisions of the technical project/Pth, approved in CTE, with the standards, regulations, general and specific energy prescriptions, technological sheets, technical security and occupational health norms, norms regarding emergency situations and environmental protection currently in force. The technical project will comply with the essential requirements of the Specifications, not limited to SF no. 22/2023 and SF no. 25/2023 (for informational purposes) and any other requirements of the Beneficiary, according to the provisions of the Contractual Conditions.

General works:

Jud IASI- Removal at the property boundary of a number of 6782 single-phase meters.

Jud VASLUI- Removal at the property boundary of a number of 14595 single-phase meters.

Jud SUCEAVA- Removal at the property boundary of a number of 19251 single-phase meters.

Jud BOTOSANI- Removal at the property boundary of a number of 98 single-phase meters.

Requirements regarding the supply of materials: The contractor will provide the materials specified in the Annex Operations and Materials.

Any request for clarifications must be sent in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).

Number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers: 21 days. To the extent that requests for clarifications or additional information have been addressed within the deadline provided in the participation announcement, the Contracting Entity will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline established in the Participation Announcement for submitting offers in accordance with art. 173 para. (1) of Law 99/2016 and art. 29 para. (3) of HG 394/2016.
