The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment involving the design and construction of a photovoltaic power plant with a total capacity of up to 10 MW (2x5 MW) along with a battery energy storage system with a total capacity of 10 MW (2x5 MW) and a total capacity of no less than 36 MWh (2x18 MWh) as well as green hydrogen storage with a capacity of no less than 0.2 MWh, located in Nysa, by the Nysa bypass on part of plot 669, cadastral area Radoszyn no. 3.
This task also includes the design and construction of the necessary technical infrastructure such as access roads, telecommunications installations, energy control and management systems, monitoring of the entire area using cameras, and fencing of the entire photovoltaic power plant area. Lighting of the area.
The execution of the subject of the order includes in particular, but not exclusively:
1) preparation of complete project documentation and obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party the construction permit decision enabling the implementation of the investment,
2) preparation of executive projects and as-built documentation along with conducting all necessary agreements, including with Tauron Dystrybucja S.A.,
3) preparation of connection project and obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party all necessary consents, including consents from land owners through whom the connection route will pass.
4) carrying out all works as required by the Project Documentation and necessary to start up and operate the Installation,
5) performing a sapper inventory and clearing the investment area of unexploded ordnance,
6) delivery, installation, and commissioning of a visualization and control system within the scope and functionalities required in the technical conditions for connection in the communication channel to Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. and at least to the extent and functionalities allowed by Tauron in the communication channel to the Ordering Party,
7) delivery, assembly, and commissioning of a measurement system in the circuit of the photovoltaic installation for the purpose of measuring the produced and fed into the network electrical energy,
8) delivery, assembly, and commissioning of a datalogger device that allows monitoring the work of inverters for both the solar power plant and the energy storage in terms of production and parameters, within the framework of the application provided by the inverter manufacturer,
9) supply of a local weather station in the specification necessary to determine the actual productivity of the farm,
10) providing author supervision throughout the duration of the investment
11) performing final acceptances,
12) removing all defects and shortcomings in the Works indicated in the acceptance protocol and reported during the quality guarantee period,
13) assistance and participation in obtaining legally valid occupancy permits for the Investor
14) elaboration and delivery to the Ordering Party of all necessary instructions allowing for the operation of photovoltaic farms.
15) staff training regarding the operation of the farm, operation of the system.
