The framework agreement is divided into 3 lots: Lot 1: Conducting preliminary diagnostics for construction projects, as well as various technical audits. Lot 2: Performing all elements of the project management mission. Lot 3: Performing part of the elements of the project management mission. Under this framework agreement divided into subsequent contracts, the contractors will be required to carry out any type of project management missions related to technical needs and/or construction works of built heritage, consisting of family housing of HLM type, either collective or individual, hostels, gendarmeries, commercial buildings, and various ERP.... It should be noted that new constructions are not included within the scope of the framework agreement. The subsequent contract framework agreement is a contractual technique provided for in the public procurement code, enabling the contracting authority to establish a pool of operators for future competitive tendering when a specific need arises that falls within the framework of the agreement. Thus, at this stage, the procedure will only lead to the signing of the framework agreement with the successful bidders. The conclusion of subsequent contracts will occur later based on the needs of Val d'Oise Habitat and after competitive bidding of the framework agreement holders as stipulated in the consultation regulations.
