The subject of the joint public procurement "Supplies and Installation of E-Chargers and Equipment" is the implementation of charging infrastructure, which mainly includes design, obtaining approvals and permits, supply of equipment with its installation, installation of necessary materials, and execution of construction works (hereinafter: goods), as further specified in the technical specifications - technical part of the documentation related to the public procurement procedure.
The contracting authority wishes to:
- obtain offers based on which it will conclude a framework agreement for a period of twenty-eight (28) months or until the maximum estimated contractual value under the framework agreement is exhausted, with the right to extend the validity period of the framework agreement, if the maximum estimated value is not exhausted/achieved within twenty-eight (28) months, with a maximum of five (5) bidders whose offers are permissible and based on the criterion of the most favorable;
- select a supplier for the delivery of goods for the first individual order based on the value from the open procedure among the suppliers with whom the framework agreement is concluded.

The contracting authority will organize a site visit for the subject of the first individual order for the customer HSE d.o.o. at Koprska ulica 92, 1000 Ljubljana, as well as an inspection of all existing systems on the site related to the implementation of the subject of the first order.
The site visit by the bidders is mandatory and a condition for submitting their offer, as it enables bidders to become more familiar with the location and all existing systems on the site related to the implementation of the subject of the first order. Therefore, before submitting the offer, bidders must conduct a site visit, and the rules regarding the site visit are outlined in the technical specifications - technical part of the documentation related to the public procurement.
