1. The purpose of the order is to ensure road safety by providing service for recording devices installed throughout the country.
2. The vehicles that are the subject of the order must be brand new, unused, complete, fully operational, must come from an official distribution channel, and be free of any rights of third parties and cannot come from display at sales points.
3. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the order has been specified in SWZ Part III Description of the subject of the order and in Part IV of SWZ (PPU).
4. The contracting authority does not allow partial offers.
5. This order is an order granted in parts, each of which is the subject of a separate procedure.

12.1. In the case of the participation of subcontractors in the execution of the order, the contracting authority, according to Article 462(2) of the Public Procurement Law, requires the Contractor to specify which parts of the order they intend to delegate to subcontractors and to provide the names of subcontractors (if known).
12.2. Delegating parts of the order to subcontractors does not relieve the Contractor of responsibility for the proper execution of the order.
13. The contracting authority does not specify in the description of the subject of the order the accessibility for persons with disabilities and design for all users.
14. The contracting authority does not require the personal execution by the Contractor of key tasks related to the execution of the subject of the order.
