Description:
The project involves organizing and implementing an advertising campaign to promote Varna as a competitive tourist destination in Germany, focusing on various federal provinces and aimed at increasing tourist flows and early sales of packages.

In the execution of the contract for all specified lots, the following should be carried out:
1. Provision of owned or acquired rights to use specific advertising spaces for the realization of the campaign – locations, places, offline and online channels;
2. Planning of the advertising campaign: period, scope, communication channels, audience, products/services, deadlines;
3. Creation of a creative concept: designing and developing advertising messages, visuals, materials highlighting the advantages of the destination and the characteristics of the targeted audience;
4. Implementation of the campaign: installation, loading of advertising materials, ongoing monitoring, optimization and correction if necessary;
5. Reporting on the campaign: interim reporting on each activity, achieved goals, results according to key indicators, report.
The execution of the contract aims to organize and implement an advertising campaign to promote the destination Varna in several federal provinces in Germany, generating significant tourist flows to the Northern Black Sea region. Varna should be presented as a competitive destination with high potential, with its seaside resorts, natural resources, cultural and historical landmarks, gastronomy, and attractions. The campaign should be aimed at increasing the recognizability and image of Varna, stimulating early sales of tourist packages, and increasing the number of trips to Varna during the summer season with a focus on the shoulder season compared to previous years.


LOT-0001
Organizing an advertising campaign in the federal province of North Rhine-Westphalia for offered basic tourist services in a package for the destination Varna.
In the execution of the contract, the following should be carried out:
1. The contractor prepares and submits for approval from the contracting authority a list of all designated advertising spaces for the realization of the campaign: places, locations, offline and online channels, meeting the requirements specified in the technical specification.
2. The contractor prepares and presents for approval from the contracting authority a final media plan for the advertising campaign: period, scope, communication channels, audience, products/services, deadlines, meeting the requirements specified in the technical specification.
3. The contractor designs and develops advertising messages, design, visuals, materials highlighting the advantages of the destination and the characteristics of the targeted audience. The design of the materials must encompass graphic and artistic design, photographic material, creation and processing of texts. The contracting authority will provide a logo and, if necessary, photos to be integrated into the advertising visuals. Each visual project is subject to final approval by the contracting authority before production.
4. Implementation of the advertising campaign by the contractor through organizing and managing all advertising activities across the planned channels, coordinating and synchronizing the communication channels as per the media plan, optimizing according to the set goals.
5. Reporting on the advertising campaign by the contractor: prepares and sends interim reports for each stage of preparation and implementation of the advertising campaign; final report with achieved goals and results by key indicators according to the stipulated in the technical specification.
