The contracting authority is preparing the tender documents for a sectoral public contract, the subject of which is the provision and securing of occupational health services for job applicants and employees of Czech Post, s.p. within the scope of applicable legislation (hereinafter also "OHS") at the locations of the employee's workplace in the Northern Moravia region.
OHS includes conducting medical examinations and other actions within the scope of securing OHS (i.e. particularly consulting activities, workplace supervision, cooperation with the relevant public health authority) and ensuring a system of records, documentation, orders, data transfer between the parties, and other services, including the maintenance of deadlines.
Based on the outcome of the tender process, a contract will be concluded with one supplier for a period of 48 months from the effective date of the contract.
The contracting authority intends to use the preliminary announcement as a call for expression of preliminary interest from suppliers regarding participation in the tender process and also to familiarize suppliers with the locations where the contracting authority needs to ensure the offices of doctors providing OHS, including obtaining feedback from potential suppliers on whether they are able to respond to the contracting authority's needs. Suppliers who express preliminary interest will be invited to submit offers; the invitation to submit offers will also be published on the contracting authority's profile and the announcement of the commencement of the tender process will be published in the Public Procurement Journal.
