The municipality of Alkmaar has a real estate portfolio. Maintenance (both planned and preventive, as well as sustainability) is carried out with fixed partners.

This tender concerns the advisory services related to the aforementioned maintenance. The assignment is divided into four lots. 9,500,000 euros over the entire duration for all lots.
