Description: Hiring of an IT Consultant

The Government of São Tomé and Príncipe (GoSTP) has received a grant from the International Development Association (IDA) to cover the cost of the Social Protection Response and Recovery Covid-19 Project and intends to apply part of this grant for consulting services to recruit an Individual Consultant to support the Project Implementation Unit in the Directorate of Social Protection, Solidarity, and Family (DPSSF).
The specific objectives of this consultancy are:
Thus, the Fiduciary Agency for Project Administration (AFAP) invites qualified consultants to formalize their applications, attaching a Letter of Intent addressed to the General Director of AFAP, Curriculum Vitae, Copy of ID, and evidence of qualifications, experience in similar works, etc.
The selection criteria are as follows:
Interested consultants are advised to refer to Section III, paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers of the World Bank", February 2025 ("Procurement Regulations"), which establishes the World Bank's policy regarding conflicts of interest.
