Description:
Delivery and operation of a mobile automatic air quality station for monitoring meteorological variables in spa landscapes, including installation, training, and a warranty service.

The subject of this public procurement is the delivery of a mobile automatic air quality station – trailer version and its operation for up to two years as specified in Annex 4 to the tender documents – Technical Specification and Price Calculation, and under the conditions set out in further annexes to the tender documentation, especially in Annex 5 to the tender documents – Purchase Agreement. The mobile automatic air quality station is essential for the implementation of research activities within the study of spa therapeutic landscapes for monitoring meteorological variables in the spa landscape and its environment. The subject of the contract also includes:
• delivery according to the requirements of the contracting authority included in Annexes 4 and 5 to the tender documents;
• transportation to the place of performance;
• warranty of at least 24 months from the date of delivery;
• installation, including assembly and implementation, if necessary for putting the delivery into full operation;
• delivery of instructions and manuals for the operation and maintenance of the goods;
• training of the contracting authority's personnel for at least four (4) working days;
• putting the purchased goods into full operation including testing and verifying correct functionality, adjusting if necessary, demonstrating full functionality, conducting trial operation, providing instruction for its operation, obtaining all public law decisions and permits necessary for putting the goods into full operation;
• ensuring the operation of the air quality station by an accredited/authorized person for up to 2 years from the moment of delivery and commissioning of the air quality station. The contracting authority also reserves the right, in accordance with § 100 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Act, to terminate the provision of operation of the air quality station by an accredited/authorized person at any time during the operation provision by means of notice with a notice period of 1 month;
• providing warranty service for the duration of the warranty;
• disposal of packaging and waste in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation governing waste management. The contracting authority further requires a guarantee of post-warranty service and availability of spare parts for at least 5 years after the expiration of the warranty period. The post-warranty service itself and availability of spare parts after the warranty period are not part of the performance of this public procurement, and their potential cost must not be included in the offered price.
