Through this procurement, the Contracting Authority wishes to establish a dynamic purchasing system for the procurement of cars, vehicles, and mobile equipment. The duration of this dynamic purchasing system is set to 5 years. In accordance with the Procurement Act § 107, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of the 5 years for the dynamic purchasing system. An extension or shortening of the duration of the dynamic purchasing system does not affect the duration of the individual contracts concluded via the dynamic purchasing system. The dynamic purchasing system will be open for inclusion throughout the system's duration. There is also no limitation on the number of economic operators that can be included in the system. The dynamic purchasing system is divided into 3 categories. The Contracting Authority points out that the technical specification is prepared specifically for each task that is issued in the system, and includes task description and requirements. Applicants should be aware that the contract draft (Appendix 1) may change and be shaped depending on the described task in the technical specification. Applicants are encouraged to always read the material in its entirety when materials are sent for a specific procurement in the dynamic purchasing system.
