The purpose of this consultation is to award a single-award framework agreement. The services are the subject of a single lot. It will be executed progressively upon the issuance of purchase orders by the contracting authority. It is entered into in accordance with articles L 2124-2, R 2124-2 1° and R 2161-2 to R 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code and L 2125-1 1°, R 2162-1 to R 2162-6, R 2162-13 and R 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will be concluded for an initial duration of 12 months starting from 26/08/2026 or from its notification date if the latter is later, with a minimum and maximum value set respectively at 100,000 euros (excl. tax) and 250,000 euros (excl. tax). It may be subject to three identical renewal periods. The aforementioned amounts will be the same for each renewal period of this contract. For informational purposes, the estimated needs for each of the planned periods are around 178,909.92 euros excl. tax. The actual start of services is planned for 01 September 2026 (start of the school year). Notification of this framework agreement is expected in July 2026.
