The subject of the contract is the execution of a task involving the delivery of a cardiological computed tomography scanner along with its installation and commissioning, as well as the execution of adaptation and modernization works for the premises of the Computed Tomography Laboratory. The contract is to be carried out in a “design and build” format and includes the comprehensive execution of all activities necessary for the proper functioning of the laboratory after the investment is completed.
Detailed technical, functional, and user requirements for the delivery of the computed tomography scanner are specified in the Price and Assortment Form (form of required and assessed parameters), which is Annex 1a to the Terms of Reference.
The scope, method of implementation, and requirements concerning construction, installation, design, and adaptation works, including the adaptation of the premises to applicable technical, sanitary regulations, and in the field of radiological protection, are defined in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU), which is Annex 1b to the Terms of Reference.
The contracting authority anticipates the possibility of canceling the procedure if the public funds intended for the financing of the contract are not granted to it.
