Public procurement contract for the supply and installation of equipment for the microbiology laboratory within the project 'Equipping the microbiology laboratory of Cuza Vodă Clinical Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology Iași', SMIS code 327873, 8 lots - according to the specifications of the specifications document.
Contract duration starts from the date of entry into force and ends on the date of fulfillment of contractual obligations by the parties. During the execution of the Contract, the following deadlines and conditions will be respected:
- delivery of the contracted products will be executed in accordance with the delivery schedule presented in the offer, within a period of 60 days from the issuance of the order note by the contracting authority (which may issue order notes at any time during the validity of the contract, for all goods or staggered, for certain goods);
- reception will last approximately 30 days (clause 18.6 from the project contract)
- in case of suspension of reception, the contracting authority communicates to the Contractor within a maximum of 3 working days the decision of the commission, and the remediation period cannot exceed 15 days from the date of conclusion of the protocol for the suspension of the reception process
- the payment term is a maximum of 30 days from the moment of reception, according to the provisions of Law no. 72/2013 (clause 18.12 from the project contract)
The estimated total value excluding VAT: 1,971,100 LEI excluding VAT, broken down as follows:

Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the awarding documentation, respecting the deadline set by the contracting authority in the instructions to bidders/candidates - Section I.3) Communication, that is, the number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/candidacies: 18 days.
Responses to requests for clarifications regarding the awarding documentation will be published in SEAP, at the section 'List, clarifications, notifications and decisions' of the participation announcement.
The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications addressed by economic operators by the deadline set according to art. 27 paragraph (3) of HG 395/2016.
The contracting authority will respond ONLY to requests for clarifications addressed by economic operators by the deadline set.
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/information, as follows:
- on the 24th day before the deadline for submitting offers, for clarification requests sent by economic operators 30 days before the deadline for submitting offers;
- on the 12th day before the deadline for submitting offers, for clarification requests sent by economic operators 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
