Contract for design and execution of works, having as object: “Acquisition of design services (PT+DE+DTAC + checking documentation by authorized verifiers + obtaining approvals + technical assistance) and Execution of works related to the project - “ESTABLISHMENT OF A PHOTOVOLTAIC PARK FOR THE PRODUCTION OF ELECTRICITY FROM RENEWABLE SOLAR ENERGY SOURCES FOR THE ENERGY CONSUMPTION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SIBIU” Project code: 315801, according to the specifications provided in the awarding documentation.
Contract duration is:
DESIGN SERVICES - 2 months from the date of signing the contract
- within a maximum of 30 days/1 month from the date of closing the minutes of acceptance of the project, the contracting authority will issue the order to commence work, regardless of weather conditions.
- EXECUTION OF WORKS and COMMISSIONING - 5 months from the order to commence work.
The execution of the photovoltaic park includes: execution (delivery and installation of equipment), connection and commissioning of the photovoltaic park.
Commissioning includes: connection installation, usage installation, reinforcement works.
- Final acceptance upon completion of work and corrections - 1 month.
- TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE DESIGNER'S PARTNER, for the entire period of execution of the works, including updating the technical execution project at the time of completion of the works "as built" and acceptance of the works - 6 months from the order to commence work.
Number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/candidacies: 20.
The contracting authority will provide answers to clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
