The purpose of the purchase is to design, execute works, and put into operation the installations for producing electricity from renewable sources (photovoltaic panels) related to the 7 systems that will be located in 5 locations managed by AQUAVAS SA, namely:
• Inside the Wastewater Treatment Station in Vaslui
• Inside the Drinking Water Treatment Station in the Industrial Area of Vaslui
• Inside the Wastewater Treatment Station in Bârlad
• Near the Wastewater Treatment Station in Huși.
• Near the Wastewater Treatment Station in Negrești.
The duration of the contract is 48 months, of which: 12 months - the design and execution period, followed by a functional and commercial warranty period of 3 years for the photovoltaic parks.

Any interested economic operator can request clarifications or additional information regarding the awarding documentation only in SEAP, no later than 25 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
The contracting entity will respond to all requests for clarifications or additional information mentioned above 15 days before the established deadline for submitting offers.
