The subject of the contract is the delivery of "Integration and Expansion of the Provider's IT Systems - Expansion of the PACS System" as part of the project entitled "Implementation of e-services in the Independent Public Health Care Team in Brzesko". The subject of the contract is the expansion and modernization of the PACS system, under which the Contractor will: 1) perform an update of the PACS system to the new version of the diagnostic browser; 2) as part of the expansion of the PACS system, provide software: 3D reconstruction module, examination import module, image examination sharing module within e-consultations; 3) install and configure the software in the Ordering Party's IT infrastructure; 4) grant an indefinite license for the software; 5) provide authorial supervision and support for a period of 36 months. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract – Detailed offer form and the template contract, which is Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party requires that the execution of the subject of the contract be carried out in accordance with the DNSH principle ("do no significant harm") for environmental purposes, resulting from Article 17 of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of June 18, 2020, as well as the conditions specified in the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of February 12, 2021, establishing the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) and the guidelines regarding the National Recovery Plan, while adhering to horizontal policies, especially the principle of equality of opportunity and non-discrimination.
