The subject of the service to be provided is the media management of the client, i.e. all activities related to the procurement, administration, maintenance, logistics, technology, and service as well as the application of the media used by the client.
This specifically includes:
• the personal consultation of the client,
• the provision and operation of an online platform for
specialist information management (administration portal),
• the provision and operation of an online database including
the procurement of licenses for a legal information system,
• the delivery of media and specialist media, and
• the delivery of specialist literature for trainees.
The client is a flexible, market-oriented statutory health insurance fund. Therefore, the services must also be provided for future additional locations under the same conditions.
The delivery of brochures, flyers, and comparable media that are not publishing products is not part of the service.
The contractor advises the client independently of publishers and products regarding the selection and management of the literature and specialist information holdings used alongside the legal information system in the form of digital and printed media. The contractor possesses extensive expertise in the field of social insurance (focus on health and long-term care insurance), ensuring professional advice for media concerning European, federal, and state law.
All media, as far as available, must be provided as online versions. In addition to usage under Citrix, usage via mobile devices (e.g., tablet, smartphone) must also be enabled.
The contractor advises the client with a future-oriented product selection. They assist the client in continuously optimizing the individual needs of the staff and company areas of the client under economic efficiency aspects and in equipping as many demand points as possible with uniform media.
The client's media structure is primarily focused on electronic media. Here, a homogeneous equipment of all teams with as uniform a product as possible is the priority. Additional electronic solutions, loose-leaf works, specialist newspapers, and bound literature are only to be procured in exceptional cases, observing fixed book pricing.
The contractor provides an online platform/administration portal for professional specialist information management. This platform particularly ensures access to the online works used by the client.
The absolute maximum limit for call-offs under this framework agreement amounts to €130,000.
The estimated net contract value is €1,650,000.00 (Field 5.1.5) or €1,920,000.00 gross. The absolute maximum limit for call-offs under this framework agreement amounts to €1,960,000.00 gross.
