- Increasing sustainable urban mobility and the efficiency of public transport in Piatra Neamț Municipality by modernizing the road and pedestrian infrastructure, implementing an integrated intelligent traffic management system, and arranging green and bike infrastructure along the mobility corridor General Nicolae Dăscălescu Blvd. – Dimitrie Leonida St.
- Rehabilitation and modernization of the road system of General Dăscălescu Blvd. and the ramps on Dimitrie Leonida St., by rebuilding the foundation, road layers, and asphalt pavement to ensure load capacity and durability in operation.
- Modernization of sidewalks and pedestrian access along the street, including their adaptation for people with disabilities, aiming to increase pedestrian safety and comfort.
- Implementation of road safety measures through vertical and horizontal signaling works, protective barriers, markings, and traffic equipment.
- Installation of street equipment and fittings necessary for the functionality and comfort of the public space (urban furniture, delimitation elements, public lighting equipment).
- Landscaping of green areas adjacent to the street covering approximately 3,489 sqm by terrain preparation works, lawn seeding, and planting decorative trees and shrubs to visually integrate the investment and improve urban environmental quality.
- Intervention works on engineering structures: Overpass over Dimitrie Leonida street, overpass over Bacau – Bicaz railway, bridge over Bistrita Hydroelectric Plant.

The general objective of the project is to increase sustainable urban mobility and the efficiency of public transport in Piatra Neamț Municipality through the modernization of road and pedestrian infrastructure, the implementation of an integrated intelligent traffic management system, and the arrangement of green and bike infrastructures along the mobility corridor General Nicolae Dăscălescu Blvd. – Dimitrie Leonida St. The project contributes to achieving the specific objective RSO 2.8 – "Promotion of sustainable multimodal urban mobility as part of the transition to a low-carbon economy" by creating a modern and efficient infrastructure that facilitates the circulation of public transport and road traffic under comfort and safety conditions, while also ensuring the landscape integration of the mobility corridor through green arrangements.
According to art. 160 para. (2) of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement (as amended by Government Emergency Ordinance no. 107/2017), combined with the provisions of art. 27 of Government Decision no. 395/2016, the contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications (if received within the deadline) 20 days before the date set for the submission of tenders in the Call for Participation.
