The pilot focuses on installing an electricity storage system in an apartment building to enhance solar energy usage, ensure energy supply security, and develop a scalable model for other associations.
The pilot aims to install an electricity storage system in the apartment building at Uus Street 1, which helps increase the local consumption of solar energy produced in the building, ensures an energy reserve for supply security purposes, and enables system control so that the battery storage can participate in frequency reserve or other flexibility markets and/or use price-based control.
