In the first instance, the successful tenderer will be required to implement and commission the required system and to ensure its support for a pilot period of no less than four months from contract commencement. Thereafter, once this pilot period has been completed, reviewed and assessed the Contracting Authority reserves the right to award four further individual contracts for the support of the system, each of twelve months in duration. The Contracting Authority offers no guarantee, express or implied, regarding the extension of this contract beyond the initial aforementioned pilot period.
