Description:
Delivery, installation, and training for new magnetic resonance imaging equipment are required, along with compliance to medical device regulations and the option for equivalent solutions.

The subject of the order includes the following scope:
- delivery of the subject of the order to the ordering party's headquarters
- installation and commissioning of the delivered devices/equipment (including the delivery of the Faraday cage and the installation of its casing),
- training of the ordering party's staff in the operation, cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of the delivered subject of the order,
- training of the staff at the imaging diagnostics department in conducting magnetic resonance examinations,
- transfer of required documents (in accordance with the contract provisions).
The detailed description of the subject of the order is indicated in Annex No. 2 - Technical Parameters.
The ordering party requires that the delivered subject of the order meets the requirements specified in the Act of April 7, 2022, on medical devices (Journal of Laws from 2024, item 1620, as amended), meets the requirements indicated in other applicable special regulations and standards related to the subject of the order, and meets the minimum requirements specified in the SWZ (Terms of Reference). The contractor must have documentation confirming the above and is obliged to provide it to the ordering party upon request and at any time if applicable.
The ordering party requires that the subject of the order be new, free from physical and legal defects, and factory-packaged, produced no earlier than 2025.
The ordering party allows equivalent solutions. An equivalent solution is understood as the application of a parameter other than described, while maintaining the technical, quality, usability, or functional parameters referred to in the SWZ. The offered device with equivalent parameters must be permitted for use in accordance with the applicable law.
The ordering party reserves the right that the proposed equivalent solution cannot have quality characteristics worse than the parameters required by the Ordering Party in the Terms of Reference. The ordering party reserves the right that if the contractor proposes a subject of the order other than specified by the ordering party (equivalent), they are obliged (for comparative purposes) to submit to the ordering party the relevant documentation, which will include in particular the parameters of the proposed subject of the order.
The possibility of canceling the procurement procedure is anticipated in the event of not being allocated funds that the ordering party intended to allocate to finance the entirety or part of the order.
