The activities for which the execution of related works is requested – which form the subject of the future contract resulting from this procedure – are presented within the PT phase Documentation, prepared by S.C. ROAD DESIGN S.R.L. and analyzed by PR Center.
The investment includes the following components:
• 2 completed Park & Ride type parkings, each with 66 spaces, equipped with automatic access systems, efficient public lighting, and rehabilitated connecting streets;
• 8 charging stations for electric vehicles installed and operational within the Park & Ride parkings;
• 4 modern bus stations built, equipped with real-time electronic display systems for passenger information;
• Public bicycle rental and monitoring system implemented, with 40 bicycles (including 8 for persons with disabilities) and 2 docking racks;
• Digital video surveillance system (CCTV) implemented, with cameras installed to monitor bicycle lanes, stations, racks, and parkings to enhance safety in mobility areas.
• Construction of sidewalks and bicycle lanes according to the technical documentation attached to this data sheet;
The estimated value of the contract was determined based on the General Budget prepared at the consolidated Technical Project phase, approved by Local Council Decision no. 126 of 11.06.2026, amounting to 30,307,975.23 RON without VAT, consisting of:
• Chapter 1.3 - Arrangements for environmental protection and restoration of land to its original state: 277,900.00 RON without VAT;
• Chapter 2 - Expenses to ensure utilities necessary for the investment objective: 159,120.00 RON without VAT;
• Chapter 4.1 - Construction and installations: 20,854,445.37 RON without VAT;
• Chapter 4.2 - Assembly of machinery, technological and functional equipment: 972,350.54 RON without VAT;
• Chapter 4.3 - Machinery, technological and functional equipment requiring assembly: 6,021,217.00 RON without VAT;
• Chapter 4.4 - Machinery, technological and functional equipment not requiring assembly and transport equipment: 306,000.00 RON without VAT
• Chapter 4.5 - Equipment: 147,900.00 RON without VAT
• Chapter 4.6 - Intangible assets: 1,305,600.00 RON without VAT
• Chapter 5.1 - Site organization: 235,442.32 RON without VAT
• Chapter 6.1 – Training of operating personnel: 28,000.00 RON without VAT
The total estimated value of the contract is: 30,307,975.23 RON without VAT
The estimated value of the contract to be awarded DOES NOT INCLUDE the amount related to miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses, nor the amount related to the expenses for establishing the implementation reserve for price adjustment - specified in the project budget (general budget), these can be accessed, as applicable, depending on needs, through contract modification under the conditions provided in Art. 221 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement.
