The intervention will involve the following systems (further description in Annex B):
• Integrated ITS System:
- Integrated Management System of all sub-systems subject to supply;
• Onboard Sub-System: all software and equipment necessary to power the AVM, Ticketing, Video Surveillance, and networking sub-systems ready for advanced cyber security management and compliant with NIS 2 regulations;
• AVM and User Info Sub-System: management of the fleet at the operational and technical levels, integrated service with:
- onboard hardware replacement: purchase of new onboard computers to replace the current ones;
- passenger counting system: purchase of new sensors;
- user information system onboard: updating/replacement of the schedule management software;
- onboard monitors: purchase of single-faced monitors to facilitate the dissemination of information regarding the service onboard the bus;
- control units for managing indicator panels;
- indicator panels on a limited number of buses;
• Electronic and Digital Ticketing Sub-System: management of the lifecycle of tickets and subscriptions related to the TpL service operated by ATP Nuoro activating all necessary services:
- onboard hardware replacement: purchase of new validators to replace the current ones that cannot be used for payments with bank cards and validations of travel documents provided with QRCode;
- digital management of travel documents through improved use of applications and bank payments even onboard the vehicle;
- new TVMs for managing the new TdV in ABT mode;
- management of the purchase of tickets integrated with other services such as: surface and structured parking, access to areas designated for museums or concerts and events;
• Planning Sub-System: software for managing machine shifts and drivers and movement personnel, workshop, and offices;
• Onboard Video Surveillance Sub-System: use of sensors (dedicated cameras and, if available, cameras integrated into the passenger counting sensor) and onboard NVR equipment for insurance purposes and accident management;
• Integration with already installed “on street” peripherals (Information Poles, Parking Meters, etc.) for data exchange with the new system;
• Integration with company software in accounting matters (generation of automatic workflows), reporting, movement;
• Integration with third-party systems via Rest API and/or Web Services;
• Integration with the data exchange specifications of the Region of Sardinia for delivering service data at a configurable frequency:
- management of the regularity of the service contract;
- KPI management.
