The subject of the order is the construction and operation of a stationary water meter reading system (hereinafter referred to as the System) in the cities of Ruda Śląska and Świętochłowice, using Narrowband (NB-IoT or LTE.CAT.M) data transmission technology operating in licensed radio bands. The purpose of the planned order is to continuously obtain readings from water meters, monitor and automatically analyze the received data, directly transfer it to the Contracting Authority's integrated systems, and potentially make it available to service recipients. The contractor will ensure the construction of a stationary water meter reading system allowing data reception at least once a day. The system will be implemented gradually, in stages – details are provided in the task description. The execution of individual tasks will require data transmission to be ensured within a specified time for a given number of recipients. The Contracting Authority has determined that the subject of the order is intended for use by individuals, particularly the Contracting Authority's employees, which is why the requirements for accessibility, as mentioned in Article 100 of the Public Procurement Law, have been included in the description of the subject of the order.
