This is a notice of an upcoming procurement. This is not an official procurement notice or a request for proposals, nor does this initiate a procurement process. The notice concerns a planned joint procurement for comprehensive services related to medical devices by the welfare areas of East Uusimaa, Central Uusimaa, West Uusimaa, and Vantaa-Kerava. An informational meeting regarding the planned content of the procurement has already been held. However, the content has significantly changed from what was previously announced, so the procurement units want to widely inform everyone about their new plans.
This notice aims to identify potential market participants and request their comments on the prepared material drafts related to the procurement.
The goal is to acquire comprehensive services for medical devices for all involved areas according to each area's individual needs. The need involves acquiring all actions related to lifecycle management of medical devices such as: possession (mapping of existing devices) acceptance inspections and registrations periodic maintenance fault corrections and removals equipment registry

The procurement will be carried out as a negotiated procedure, and the first announcement is expected to be published soon after receiving suppliers' comments, during the end of 2025.
