The assignment includes providing occupational health services that fit within the context of a hybrid-own-regime model, as applied within the organization (see appendix 6). The services must align with the practice in which schools operate autonomously and responsibilities are placed low within the organization, with a human-scale approach as the starting point. The maximum value per year is set at €261,300 excluding VAT. In the maximum value, approximately 30% unforeseen circumstances have been taken into account compared to the estimate.
These unforeseen circumstances pertain to fluctuations in employee numbers.
