The subject of this procurement is the production of a service-based information system (traffic situation picture service). The aim of the procurement is to implement a service for internal use by the City of Helsinki, intended to visualize real-time traffic data relevant to traffic flow (FCD, Floating Car Data) for users to view. The service to be procured will create an up-to-date overview of traffic flow. In addition, the service is intended to present other traffic-related data sources and produce data-based alerts.
