The service aims to provide tailored weight management interventions for adults with a BMI over twenty-five, focusing on the South Asian population and men, while requiring providers to demonstrate prior success in delivering similar wellbeing interventions.
Adults Weight Management Service: Targeted Support. Bradford Metropolitan District Council, are looking suitable provider(s) to deliver the following. The Targeted Adult Weight Management Service (the Service) will design and deliver a weight management intervention which specifically tailors itself one of two targeted groups: the South Asian population and men. The aim of the Service is to support adults (Service Users) with a BMI above twenty five to maintain a healthy weight and to provide them with the skills and knowledge needed to be healthier and achieve the goals they set.
