CF Clinical Hospital No. 2 intends to acquire an integrated and interoperable software solution applicable in clinical and non-clinical settings, as well as hardware and software products within the project "Implementation of the Integrated Information System for digitizing the activity of CF Clinical Hospital No. 2 Bucharest", along with training for the user personnel, in accordance with the provisions of the Specifications, the Technical Proposal, and the Contract. The deadline by which economic operators can request clarifications is 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.

In order to implement the project "Implementation of the Integrated Information System for digitizing the activity of CF Clinical Hospital No. 2 Bucharest", an integrated digital solution will be purchased and implemented, which will include the following 4 components:
• Basic infrastructure (including interconnectivity and interoperability)
• Configuration of the non-clinical component
• Configuration of the clinical component
• Staff training.
The digital solution that will achieve the digitization of the specific processes of the healthcare unit will be a commercially available product to the provider at the time of submitting the offer and will be configured according to the needs of the healthcare unit.
Within the contract, there will be stages of analysis, configuration/parameterization, and production rollout.
