1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of laboratory equipment as specified in the Technical Information Sheet, Annex No. 1/1-1/10 to the Terms of Reference (SWZ). 2. The subject of the contract must comply with all applicable standards and have certificates allowing for sale and use, if such are required. 3. The name and code of the subject of the contract according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary: 38000000-5 Laboratory, optical and precision equipment (except glass) Additional codes of the subject of the contract: 30200000-1 Computer devices 50441000-2 Repair and maintenance services for research and control equipment 51430000-5 Installation services for laboratory equipment 4. The descriptions contained in Annexes No. 1/1-1/10 to the SWZ contain the minimum requirements for the products covered by the subject of the contract, which means that the contractor may offer a subject of the contract characterized by better technical or operational parameters. 5. To confirm that the offered products meet the requirements of the contracting authority, the documents specified for each task must be attached to the offer in accordance with Annex No. 1/1 – 1/10 to the SWZ. 6. In each case where the contracting authority refers in the SWZ to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, certificates, technical specifications, and reference systems, equivalent solutions to those described are permitted. 7. The contracting authority accepts the submission of equivalent offers in accordance with Article 99(5) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), however, the requirements and technical parameters specified by the contracting authority as defining the subject of the contract are minimum conditions that the contracting authority will expect to be met. The contractor who claims equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solution offered by him meets the requirements specified by the contracting authority. In such cases, the contractor must attach a list of equivalent solutions along with their description or standards. 6. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers with the provision that only one offer can be submitted for each of the following tasks. The subject of the contract has been divided into 10 parts: Task 1 – Mass spectrometer with inductively coupled plasma ICP-MS with additional equipment, installation, start-up, and training of the contracting authority's employees - 1 unit. Task 2 – Chromatograph coupled with a single quadrupole mass spectrometer with additional equipment, installation, start-up, and training of the contracting authority's employees - 1 unit. Task 3 - Liquid chromatograph integrated with a dual-wavelength UV/VIS detector and fluorescence detector - 1 unit. Task 4 - Device for performing qualitative and quantitative PCR reactions in real-time with a starter kit (96-well block; laptop with software; system operation manual; starter kit reagents: control kit, SYBR Green, strips/plates, film applicator) - 1 unit. Task 5 - Liquid chromatograph integrated with a dual-wavelength UV/VIS detector, fluorescence detector, photodiode - 1 unit. Task 6 - Low-temperature freezer (cryogenic freezer) with additional equipment (metal shelving, cryogenic boxes, and an emergency temperature maintenance system with a CO2 cylinder) - 1 unit. Task 7 - MALDI TOF mass spectrometer with a clinical (IVD) and scientific (RUO) database - 1 unit. Task 8 - Automatic system for the identification of microorganisms and determination of drug sensitivity - 1 unit. Task 9 - Real-time PCR system with a thermal block for 96 samples - 1 unit. Task 10 - Microbiological air sampler with interchangeable heads - 1 unit. In the event that the contracting authority is not granted public funds to finance the project, the procedure will be cancelled based on Article 257 of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws 2024.1320 as amended).
