These works consist of the following works:

- the development of a parking lot for light vehicles;

- the rehabilitation of rue de la Bégaudière between the RD 38B and the road to L'Aiguillon-sur-Vie;

- the creation of a bus platform;

- the development of a drop-off car park;

- the creation of a rainwater retention basin;

- the creation of a fire cover;

- the realization of access roundabouts;

- the arrangement of the perimeters of the school and the sports hall;

- the construction of a wastewater sanitation transfer pipeline (PR Roche Bonneau).
