Each batch is a single-award framework agreement executed under the conditions laid down by articles R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 et seq. of the code of the public order, without minimum or maximum amount and without re-competing during the award of purchase orders pursuant to articles R. 2162-4 paragraph 3, R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the order code public. The services are settled by unit prices according to the stipulations of the acts undertaking. Prices are deemed complete. They incorporate all executions into this contract. Prices shall be firm and revisable in accordance with the terms prescribed in Article 16 of the CCP common to all lots.
