The purpose of this contract is to provide assistance to project management concerning the preparation of dossiers and the administrative monitoring of the investigation procedures prior to the declaration of public and parcel utility which, where appropriate, is to be made compatible with the PLU.
The mission will complete the obtaining, publication and notification of the expropriation order through the two key steps of obtaining the declaration of public utility order, where appropriate, in compliance with the PLU and/or the transferability order.
