The objective of the procurement is to establish a new property register / administration, operation and maintenance system which in total shall provide Oslo municipality improved overview of properties and administration of these.
The new property register / administration, operation and maintenance system shall replace the existing OKER system as well as the existing administration, operation and maintenance system. In addition to renewal of technologies, a thorough tidying of the modules and the databases will be required.
The Awarding Authority will also require a professional administration, operation and maintenance system for following up operation and maintenance of developed and undeveloped properties. The contract will include arrangement of improved control of the cash flow generated through the system (this particularly applies for rental income).
