The services advertised here include the following planning services:

Building planning service phases 5 to 8 according to § 34 HOAI. The service phases 1-3 of the building planning have already been completed and are not part of the construction task advertised here. At this point, the submission of a building application can be dispensed with, since the proposed renovation measures do not require this.

Service phase 5 is required for all planned measures.

Service phases 6 and 7 are only required for the measures inside the building. The approved costs from the notification of the general renovation are currently accepted as eligible costs for this. The service phases 5 and 6 for the insulation of the building envelope and for the replacement of the windows are already being carried out by a planning office.

Service phase 8 is required for all planned measures, ie both for the energy-saving renovation of the building envelope and for the measures inside the building.

A ZBau document including notification of the grant is available for the measure.

This document forms the basis for further planning and is part of the tender documents. The measure is funded through the Stark III-EFRE plus guideline.
