Services of object planning, in accordance with § 34 HOAI 2013, work phases 1 to 9

Annex 1 of this contract notice must be observed.

Services of object planning according to § 34 HOAI 2013 Service phases 1 to 9 for the new construction of publicly subsidized housing construction in conventional construction. The plot to be built is located between Neusser Straße and Lachemer Weg on parcel 273. There are planned 20 to 24 barrier-free 1-room to 5-room apartments, with a basement and underground parking.

A more detailed description of tasks can be found in Annex 1.
