Each of the lots constitutes a single-beneficiary framework agreement with order forms comprising a global and flat-rate annual share for recurring maintenance and preventive maintenance services (inspection visits, cleaning and maintenance of covers and accessories) and a part to order forms with no minimum amount and for an annual maximum increased to 10,000 EUR excluding tax per batch for occasional curative maintenance services (protective measures and emergency repairs). The framework agreement is concluded for a period of one year renewable three times for the same period. The estimated value of all the lots is 87,000 EUR excluding VAT per year, or 348,000 EUR excluding VAT for four years.
