The subject of the contract is the service of collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Rzeszów.

1. The object of the order is a service consisting of:

1) collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Rzeszów, coming from inhabited real estate and from uninhabited real estate located on real estate, which in part are inhabited real estate, and in part uninhabited real estate, on which municipal waste is generated (mixed real estate),

2) providing, equipping and operating at least two stationary Points of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste in the Municipality of Rzeszów,

3) conducting educational activities in the field of proper municipal waste management, in particular in the field of selective collection of municipal waste in primary schools in the Municipality of Rzeszów,

4) equipping property owners with containers and bags for municipal waste during the term of the contract,

5) providing additional services for owners of real estate covered by the municipal waste management system.

The contracting authority estimates that during the year, approx. 62,500 tonnes of municipal waste will be collected and managed as part of the basic order from the area of the Municipality of Rzeszów.

2. A detailed description of the item of the order specifies:

1) Description of the Subject of the Order together with attachments:

a) Annex 1 to OPZ – List of properties covered by the municipal waste management system and capacity of municipal waste containers, information on the number of properties to which access is difficult, information on properties on which the frequency is increased, municipal waste,

b) Annex 2 to OPZ – List of containers for selective collection of municipal waste owned by the Municipality of Rzeszów and their location,

c) Appendix No. 3 to OPZ – List of primary schools in the Municipality of Rzeszów,

d) Annex 4 to OPZ – Model notification of failure to comply with the obligation of selective waste collection,

e) Annex 5 to OPZ – Sticker design – "Incorrect segregation",

f) Annex 6 to OPZ – Sticker design – "Improper waste",

constituting annexes to the SWZ

2) the proposed provisions of the public procurement contract together with the annexes.
