The sewage in the old part of Tønder is generally from approx. 1 925 and is about to be renovated as its life has expired. DKK 90,000,000 has been set aside for sewer cleaning in Tønder equally distributed over 10 years from 2020-2030, but as Tønder Municipality is facing changes in the street scene in Tønder mid-town, sewer cleaning must run concurrently with Tønder Municipality's plans and work, so that there not dug up twice in the same place every few years.

Thus work must be performed in the 2 areas:

1) Barrels downtown and Carstensgade and

2) The new city in order of priority.

The Total Advisor must design a new sewer system, make calibrated hydraulic model (like Mike Urban),

Robustness analysis of ditches, project delay of rainwater, conducting governmental treatment, supply of

Entrepreneurial services, construction management and supervision, as well as follow-up.

The tender is implemented as a limited tender, cf. the Executive Order on the procedures for awarding the contract

of water and energy supply, transport and postal service contracts (Executive Order 1624 of 15.12.2015).

The tender is implemented in two phases: a pre-qualification phase and a tender phase.

The tender is implemented with the following main activities:

1) Prequalification Request;

2) 4 companies are prequalified;

3) The pre-qualified companies make offers;

4) The evaluation committee evaluates the offers;

5) One of the companies is awarded the consultancy contract.
