This procurement exercise is to supply, maintain and manage electronic monitoring systems which will be used to monitor activities on board fishing vessels operating in the harsh environment of the North Sea and NE Atlantic. The system software/hardware shall have the capability to record video data from CCTV cameras placed in any part of the vessel and sensor data from on board machinery such as winches/pumps and electronic data sent from catch sensors and other electronic devices. An EM software package will be required for on shore analyse of recorded data stored in removable hardware, providing high quality imagery and sensor data to enable full verification of fishing activities.
