Renovation 400m track and replacement technical building Jaap Edenbaan

The Jaap Eden IJsbaan foundation will renovate the cooling installation and the 400 m track incl. scribble track in the coming years from necessary maintenance. This is done in phases so that the ice rink does not have to close a winter season. In the first phase, the renovation of the 400 m track floor and the new technology building will be realized in the summer of 2023. In the second phase, the cooling technology will be moved and adapted in the following summer. In this way, the required construction /working time is divided over 2 summer seasons, and the continuity of the ice rinks is guaranteed.

This tender concerns the first phase, i.e. the work in the summer closure period 2023.
