In the course of the first construction phase of the New Waldorf School Dresden, two buildings will be erected. The lot includes the painting work inside for the two buildings: Mittagshaus and Mittelstufenhaus.

Painting work inside: a total of approx. 3,000 m² of multi-layer paint with coloured tinted colours on a mineral basis on GK wall and ceiling surfaces

Impregnate a total of approx. 6,500 m² of exposed concrete wall surfaces and ceiling surfaces on a silicate basis

approx. 350 m² floor coating epoxy resin

approx. 80 m² of primed stair railings on site

ca. 35 m² Aufzugsportale endbeschichten

approx. 50 m² steel paved parts first coated

Painting work outside:

Approx. 160 m² exposed concrete surfaces on the outside colourless protective coating

Approx. 25 lfm step edge markings on precast reinforced concrete stairs
