Traffic Management Finland Group is procuring insurance service provider for
(i) cyber insurance; and
(ii) comprehensive crime insurance coverage for the group.
The procurement is divided into 2 lots, and tenders may concern one or both lots.
Contracting entities include Traffic Management Finland Oy and its subsidiaries Intelligent Traffic Management Finland Oy, Vessel Traffic Services Finland Oy, Finrail Oy and Air Navigation Services Finland Oy.
Additional details concerning the scope and terms of the insurance coverage are included in the Annexes of this call for tenders. The contracting entities require that the insurance coverage includes the additional insurance covers in addition to basic insurance cover as detailed in the annexes.

The Group companies have prepared application forms for the insurance cover, which include necessary information about each company for risk assessment.
The information listed in the application forms are confidential in nature, and will be provided only upon request. The request must be sent to the following email address: hankinnat@tmfg.fi.
The request must include necessary documents and/or information to the contracting entity, which shows that the interested tenderer is eligible for tendering insurance services in its country of origin and to Companies located in Finland. For example, tenderer may provide information and extract from register that it is authorised by the Finnish Financial supervisory authority to conduct insurance activities in Finland. Separate non-disclosure agreement may be requested, if the documents and/or information do not provide the contracting entity with sufficient guarantee that the tenderer is required to follow strict confidentiality obligations in accordance with laws, regarding any information it may be provided by possible clients when conducting its insurance business.
All tenders which have been provided by tenderers which have not been provided with the application forms will be rejected, as the insurance cover may not be tendered without having the information presented in the application forms.
