6. Requirements for the manner of performance of the contract: a) The Contractor is obliged to guarantee the compatibility (security, stability and performance) of the delivered equipment with the existing file system based on the domain system of the Microsoft Windows environment; b) the guarantee is an evaluation criterion The Ordering Party will award points for each additional month of guarantee offered in relation to the minimum warranty period (term) indicated in Table 1 in Annex 5A – 5G to SWZ; c) all accessories, wires and cables necessary for their proper use (e.g. power cable, USB cables, etc.) must be attached to all devices; d) The Contractor undertakes for the duration of the warranty to remove the reported defects or defects free of charge on the terms set out in the contract template, e) the Contractor together with the equipment will provide a list of serial numbers of the delivered devices and software – the Quality Acceptance Protocol; f) The Contractor shall be liable for deficiencies and defects in the subject of the contract arising during transport; g) The Contractor is obliged to include in the price of the offer the costs of transport to the place of collection.
