The subject of the contract is the service of collection and utilization of municipal waste collected in a selective manner from inhabited properties. Waste should be handed over to specialized companies for disposal and further treatment.

1. The subject of the contract is "Collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited properties located in the Zbąszynek Commune" in the scope of:

(1) collection of the following municipal waste from the owners of residential properties:

(a) mixed municipal waste

(b) separately collected waste, broken down into fractions:

• paper and cardboard,

• Plastics, metals and multi-material packaging

• glass,

• bioodpady

All of the above-mentioned fractions should be collected from property owners in a selective manner, i.e. each fraction separately, without mixing already segregated municipal waste;

2) collection of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited properties

with the following frequencies:

(a) mixed municipal waste:

from single-family and homestead buildings, collection in the container system – every two weeks,

from multi-family housing (housing cooperatives and condominiums above

7 units) collection in the container system – every week

(b) separately collected municipal waste:

from single-family and homestead buildings collection in the bag-container system once a month, and in the period from April to November bio-waste – every two weeks,

from multi-family housing (housing cooperatives and condominiums above

7 units) collection in the container system – every week.

3) collection twice during the calendar year (March and September) of furniture and bulky waste, in front of the properties of the inhabitants of the Zbąszynek Commune;

4) deliver to the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point appropriate containers and containers for the collection of furniture and bulky waste, used tires, chemicals, construction and demolition waste, paper and cardboard, plastics, glass, medical waste generated in the household, bio-waste, textiles and clothing, and collect this waste upon telephone notification of the Contracting Authority;

5) deliver and empty once a month 3 containers for expired medicines set up in pharmacies in the city of Zbąszynek, in accordance with the list provided by the Ordering Party,
